Tim - CS Laptop available for Home Expo. I have put together a Power Point slide show on Vehicular Cycling and a couple of other items of interest to have running at the Expo. Security of Laptop BT responsibility, I shall make up a small cable lock to attach it to table but also we must always have a person at the table. Set up Fri, what time? I will bring display boards, leaflets posters etc, bike and BOB trailer, Andy Semmler providing kids trailer. I can bring trestle table if necessary. ACTION Andy: organise trestle table. ACTION David: provide 3 chairs. 9.2 2006 Insurance David - Need to decide on the insurance for 2006, and update the website forms accordingly. Tim - Australian Cyclists subs on our membership form – delete? Other changes too i.e. we don't need the CA info for the new insurance. Need current forms this w/e. The new insurance will allow for public events including BikeWeek – something we thought the CA was going to allow, but in the end didn't. Premium is roughly the same as CA although not comparing apples to apples – no directors or volunteers insurance. CA = $400 + 3 x $60 + $25/member (incl. $10 rebate) = $2,080. CS is willing to hand over these events to BT (the proposed insurance for next year covers us for such things) Kate is willing to assist with Tour de Femme, I am willing to coordinate both but if we are to take on the Century ride I need at least one other person to commit to helping out.
