If no further details forthcoming these respondents will be deleted. Tim Stredwick to collate results in January in preparation for meeting with DIER. It was decided to further promote the Survey by placing posters in Hobart CBD bike shops. 7.2 Insurance Cycle Safe is no longer available so BT is currently not able to offer current members Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) which has the potential to significantly reduce our current membership and severely limit any increase. There was general agreement that we are in a very vulnerable situation as far as inability to offer PAI. BT has received a quote from Cycle Cover for PAI but this would have to be an integral part of member benefits not an option. Although it would stretch us financially and commit us to increasing membership there was general agreement that we should take up the Cycle Cover quote. There was also quite a lot of discussion that this decision should involve all the elected committee members and that we should have a larger committee with non allocated positions to broaden the input as we grow and make such important decisions. 8 New business 8.1 Survey Monkey annual subscription shared with CyclingSouth. Andy to invoice Mary for this. 9.2 BFA donation on hold, explain situation and publicise request for donation for Federal Election campaign to members. 9 Meeting Finished 8 pm. 10 Next Meeting There is no January monthly meeting. The next meeting will be held at the Environment Centre, 102 Bathurst Street at 5.30pm on Thursday 15th February
