Recently we've added these beauties to our collection:
NORTHWEST
In the tulip season this is a great opportunity for some colour therapy! Ride from Wynyard to Table Cape for the views and the flowers. For more flowers and views you can also ride on to the Tollymore Rd lookout and return. Time this ride for late Sept to mid October so that you can walk amongst the tulips at the Van Diemens Quality Bulb farm.
An offroad "out and back" ride along the remains of a historic tramline. Visit the fascinating memorial to conservationist Norman Sykes. Includes some on-road sections and some fairly rough gravel sections. Recommended for MTB/ Hybrids/ Bikepacking bikes.
NORTH
This is a relatively safe and scenic riding route from Devonport to Launceston. You'll avoid the Bass Highway, and pass through the pretty and historic towns of Latrobe, Railton, Deloraine (the halfway point), Westbury, Carrick, Hadspen. All of these villages offer accommodation and meals.
Launceston Airport to the city
Arriving at Launceston Airport with your bike? Take advantage of the bike setup station and then follow this mostly downhill ride into the city.
