Forget parking problems. Get your dose of endorphins and healthy glow by riding to the Wellness Expo this year.  It's the only way to go.

Our excellent volunteers will be at hand to look after your bike while you go off and enjoy the displays and information at the Expo.  Free of charge and secure, what more could you ask?

Well, you could pick up one of our yellow "1.5m" stickers, and you could talk bikes/riding/best routes with us - we love everything to do with bikes! And you could join up if you're not already a member.

We'll be located not far from the entrance to the Expo, come and find us.  We'll be operating from 9.30am to 3.30pm, you're welcome!
