Warmup for WOW - Moonah or MONA
Would you like a quiet little ride to test out your legs and your bike before Women On Wheels 2019?
Join ride leader Di Elliffe on a relaxed, easy ride along the InterCity Cycleway, our destination is MONA for coffee and cakes. A good ride to build confidence and skills. All bikes, all riders welcome. We can turn around at any point, guided by the group.
This is an easy roll along safe concrete paths and quiet roads (there are some road crossings). A leisurely pace, mostly level, with a small kick when you can just about smell the coffee! We should be back about 12pm.
2-B-25. Map here.
Meet at the carpark on McVilly Drive, near the Hobart Cenotaph, before the start time of 10am. Or let Di know if you will be joining the ride at a point along the path.
Note: this is a fair weather ride :) People who have RSVP'ed will be advised if the ride is cancelled due to grotty weather.
You can find more information about Bicycle Network Tasmania's Social Rides Program here, including an explanation of the ride descriptor codes.

Please note - if there are any riders under 16 years old, the adult with them will take primary responsibility for their safety on the ride.
